Mobile Wood Oven Pizzeria

Zambri's mobile pizzeria serves wood-fired Neapolitan-style pizza made with passion and heart. Whether it is the flour or the technique we use in making the dough, the type of tomatoes or even the basil that we grow ourselves on the family farm, we are constantly striving to improve our product, spending a lot of late nights in front of the wood oven experimenting.

STAR of the show

To us, the dough is the star of the show! We proudly use a sourdough starter and techniques that we’ve learned over the years to develop the most flavourful pizza possible using only a few quality ingredients such as flour, water, salt, and yeast. 

The DOUGH

All of our pizza is hand-stretched and made with our in-house 72-hour cold fermented dough. We use the highest quality pizza flour available in Canada, from the Molino Dallagiovanna mill in Italy.

That is the reason why Marinara & Margherita pizza is what Chef Pizzaiolo Marco Zambri prefers and recommends to all of his customers. He wants you to taste the passion in every bite. Less is more, and high quality and properly fermented dough is everything to us. 

Corporate Events, Golf Tournaments, Festivals, and other large gatherings are our specialty!

FAQ

  • How far do we travel?

    We will travel outside of the GTA area. Please provide details in your booking information.

  • What are the space requirements for the setup?

    A fairly level area is needed with a minimum of 10 feet x 25 feet for our trailer and tent set up. We recommend that you send us some pictures, if you’re not sure.

  • Do you offer food other than pizza?

    Please contact us for more information about additional menu items, but pizza is always the star of the show!

  • Can you bring the oven to the backyard?

    Yes! As long as we can drive to the area with a pickup truck, we can set up in most areas.
